- Customer Data that we process on behalf of our business customers through their use of our Services. For this information, Episodic acts as the Data Processor, and our Customer is the Data Controller. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by our Customer Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect as a Data Controller

As a data processor, we only process Customer Data in accordance with our customer's instructions and the terms of our Customer Terms of Service. Our customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to collect and have us process the Conversation Data, including obtaining any necessary consents required by applicable law (such as recording consent laws).
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect as a Data Controller to:
- Operate and maintain our Website.
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests.
- Send you marketing and promotional communications, from which you can opt-out at any time.
- Analyze Website usage to improve our marketing and services.
- Manage your customer account, process payments, and send administrative information.
We use the information we process as a Data Processor solely to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Tone Services for our customers.

For clarity, we do not use Customer Data, including Conversation Data, to train our own or any third-party AI models, except as may be explicitly and separately agreed upon in writing with a customer.
